Was beim Besuch dieser Seite passiert
Diese Seite wird bei Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA gehostet und über das Netzwerk von Cloudflare ausgeliefert. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet Cloudflare Daten, die dein Browser automatisch sendet: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die aufgerufene Seite, Angaben zu Browser und Betriebssystem sowie die zuvor besuchte Seite. Das ist nötig, um die Seite auszuliefern und sie vor Angriffen zu schützen.
Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Mein berechtigtes Interesse ist ein sicherer und funktionierender Betrieb der Seite. Mit Cloudflare besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung. Dabei können Daten in die USA übermittelt werden. Cloudflare ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert (Angemessenheitsbeschluss, Art. 45 DSGVO). Ich selbst werte keine Zugriffe einzelner Besucher aus.

Keine Cookies, kein Tracking
Diese Seite setzt selbst keine Cookies und nutzt keine Analyse- oder Werbedienste. Schriften und Bilder liegen auf dieser Seite, es werden keine Inhalte von anderen Anbietern nachgeladen. Nur wenn Cloudflare einen Aufruf für einen möglichen Angriff hält, kann Cloudflare für die Sicherheitsprüfung ein technisch notwendiges Cookie setzen.
Links zu Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook und Spotify
Die Buttons auf dieser Seite sind normale Links. Erst wenn du einen davon antippst, öffnet sich die jeweilige Plattform, und dort gelten deren Datenschutzbestimmungen. Vorher werden keine Daten an diese Dienste übertragen.

Wenn du mir schreibst, verarbeite ich deine Angaben, um deine Anfrage zu beantworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, bei Anfragen zu einer Zusammenarbeit lit. b). E-Mails an diese Adresse leitet Cloudflare (siehe oben) an mein Postfach weiter. Deine Nachricht lösche ich, wenn sie erledigt ist und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.
Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung (Art. 21). Schreib mir dafür einfach eine E-Mail. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren (Art. 77 DSGVO).

What happens when you visit this site
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA and delivered through Cloudflare's network. When you open it, Cloudflare processes data that your browser sends automatically: IP address, date and time, the page requested, information about your browser and operating system, and the page you came from. This is necessary to deliver the site and to protect it against attacks.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is a secure and working site. A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). I do not analyse the visits of individual visitors myself.

No cookies, no tracking
This site does not set any cookies itself and does not use any analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are hosted on this site; no content is loaded from other providers. Only if Cloudflare considers a request a possible attack may Cloudflare set a technically necessary cookie for the security check.

The buttons on this site are ordinary links. Only when you tap one does the platform open, and its own privacy terms apply there. No data is sent to these services before that.

If you write to me, I process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; for collaboration requests, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Emails to this address are forwarded by Cloudflare (see above) to my mailbox. I delete your message once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). Just send me an email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
